I'm Krissi, 30 years old and from Germany. I'm a learned graphic designer. I've always loved art and i like cute, colorful, pastel things a lot. I'm currently looking for a new job. But want to keep this shop and my designs as a hobby. So i want to make people happy with my personal artworks and not job related.

Where is the store based?
Bavaria, Germany!


Do you accept orders placed outside of Germany/EU?
I ship worldwide!

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
By using Paypal. This shop checkout process is by PayPal, one of the safest payment options. When paying with PayPal, you may also can make payments using your bank account. No credit cards accepted at the moment.



SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?
In Stock product orders in Germany processing time may range anywhere between 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated but i work as fast as i can so that your order finds its way to you safely!

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
All pre-order pins will need time for about 2-3 months or longer depending on the product. Keychains will take about 3-4 weeks. You can cancel your order by sending me an e-mail. Additionally i will post updates on the HOME page and on my social media.


Estimated Delivery

☾ After Processing - all orders are with tracking! 
All products are shipped with DHL.

  • Germany: 2-5 business days.
  • EU: 3-14 business days
  • Switzerland & UK: 3-8 business days.
  • United States: 5-58 business days.
  • International: 5-28 business days.​


☾ Please note that if your order is sent out on a friday night, shipping will not be marked as processed until monday morning.

☾ Holiday seasons like Christmas or Easter may cause a delay in shipments.


RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS

If your order is returned due to an error that is not mine (inaccurate shipping address, package was not picked up, unpaid customs etc.) you may have your order reshipped with updated correct information and a re-shipment fee paid or receive a partial refund of the item not including the shipping fee.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, FEES

Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. I'm not responsive for customs charges or losses that may come from a customer refusing to pay the relevant duty on a purchase. I will usually note your order as a gift. 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with your order(s), please contact us directly through the Contact page and i'll will reply as soon as possible. Note that once the order has been processed and shipped, it is out of my control. Please have patience.


What is your store's return and exchange policy?
I accept refunds but since pince are custom handmade items, there is limited stock and i unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or replacements. I do not accept returns. This would be expensive on your side anyway. 


DELAY / LOST ORDER

NO REFUND - if you don't contact me within 3 months after order is out
• If your order doesn't arrive within 3 months - PLEASE MESSAGE ME - so i can contact delivery service for infos.


REFUNDS

You must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to be accepted for a refund and must include your full name and order number with proof of damaged goods. Once that is complete, i'll will issue you a refund.

Sale, clearance, and seconds/B-grade pins are not eligible for refund.

 

I don't offer refunds if:

  • You decide you no longer want or like the item.
  • You want to exchange the item for another one.
I do offer refunds if:
  • Your item is damaged with provided proof.
  • You receive a different item than your order lists.
  • Pre-Orders don't reach the needed slots

 

LOST/MISSING ITEMS

For international orders: PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE! 

Sometimes it just takes a little while. Please double check your local post or customs office to make sure it is not being held there. Post office carriers may also notify you if the package arrived at it's destination and where it has been placed.


Be sure to also check all areas of your property or with your family, friends and neighbours.
